We had been under
contract with another realtor to sell our home
for a considerable length of time, 18 months,
and truly believed it just wasn't a buyers
market. There were property tax issues and many
homes were for sale in our area. Frustrated,
and near wits end paying 2 mortgages, taxes,
insurance, nipsco and water, we agreed it was
time to switch realtors. My husband called Lisa
