We had been under contract with another realtor to sell our home for a considerable length of time, 18 months, and truly believed it just wasn't a buyers market. There were property tax issues and many homes were for sale in our area. Frustrated, and near wits end paying 2 mortgages, taxes, insurance, nipsco and water, we agreed it was time to switch realtors. Communication is key to this business. Buyers want immediate response and you as a seller should expect no less. I make every effort to be just a phone call away to any of my clients. If a prospective buyer, an existing client, or another agent calls or emails me, and I am not immediately available, rest assured that a phone call will be received back within the same day…7 days a week!
The above lists the advertising avenues to get a contract on your property. When a contract is presented on your property, this is when my job truly begins.
